September was a busy month for MAN with new Key holding contracts, Mobile Response and Void Property inspections throughout the UK.
We have commenced cover with Eurotech providing Keyholding in the Midlands. On the guarding side we provided extra cover for Lambert Smith Hampton and Bechtel in London. Additional cover was also provided for Vertu motors in Bradford, Leeds, Gloucester, Widnes And Birmingham.

We also supplied cover for Plumbase, heritage monitoring, Wates, Lovell and Birmingham City Council, and extra  emergency cover throughout the month.

jw.pngThe Events side of the business also enjoyed a busy September.  We supplied staff at the LG Arena for the George Michael concerts and on the Isle of Wight we supplied staff at Bestival 2012 festival. MAN was also involved in the Olympics, covering the Olympic Medal parade and Paralympic Marathon.

Our annual cover for the  Acorns Midnight ladies charity walk was also a success. The retail of the business is continuing to grow and were busy covering  Jack Wills stores throughout the UK during the month.

fw.jpgThe boxing side of the business was busy this September with  staff being supplied at the York hall Bethnal green for Frank Warren promotions, Queensberry promotions and Left Jab Promotions. We supplied staff in Glasgow for the public workouts, Press conference, weigh in and fight for the big Ricky burns v Kevin Mitchell fight at the SECC. We also covered the charity Debra show in London.

September was also very busy with presentations and tenders, so look out for more in October.

Awarded to Tony Hayward and Michelle Webster whilst working at download 2012 on Camp site security a young adult with learning difficulties became detached from his parents and was reported missing. After an extensive search over a long period of time Michelle and Tony extended the search to areas beyond their deployed area and where able to find and reunite the lost adult with his relieved parents.

MAN Commercial Protection Ltd enjoyed a busy August. The events side of the business supplied staff at V festival 2012 at Weston Park and the Creamfields event in Liverpool.

lovell.pngSome of our new contracts started this month at Bristol Street Motors in Tewkesbury and Gloucester. Carrying on with the automotive trade we commenced a new contract with Audi in Birmingham.

Our coverage of Jack Wills stores is increasing by the month. We supplied teams across the UK this month.  Staff were also supplied to CLM, Garvey Demolition, PGC Contractors and the Lear Corporation.

The Keyholding side of the business was also very busy in August as well as we our Void Property Inspections which went on throughout the month. The rapid response service was also busy and proving an effective service for many of our clients.

nologo.pngOur training centre which is located at our head office in Solihull was also very busy with courses in CCTV and First Aid Training been undertaken.

MAN in Charity Truck Pull

MAN Commercial attend a charity truck pull (18 ton) raising money and awareness for the Ronald McDonald House Charities which provides free ‘home away from home’ accommodation for families of sick children receiving treatment at hospitals and hospices across the UK so that they can maintain a degree of normal family life during this stressful time.

This enables them to maintain a degree of normal family life during this stressful time.

Our team topped the table with an awesome show of strength with a time of .52 seconds with the closet competitor getting 1.56 we raised £515 for the charity.

MAN Commercial are pleased to announce that we have successfully passed our three day SIA Approved Contractor Scheme Audit in July and have achieved our target score. A big well done to all the Man Commercial Management team involved. Our continual improvement is with the help of Global QA and ISOQAR. MAN continue to hold the Accreditations of The SIA/ACS, BS9001, BS18001 and BS14001.

July was a busy month with new Key holdings , void property inspections and relief cover throughout the UK. New cover commenced at Audi Birmingham, DHL Cannock and DHL Enfield, along with additional cover for Vertu motors, Jack Wills and KWB.

On the Event side we supplied five days cover at T in the park and the sold out Madonna concert at the Birmingham NIA. We are also pleased to announce that we have signed a new contract to continue to supply Response teams and merchandise security at the LG Arena and NIA and have supplied this service since 2008.

Arboretum . July was also busy for MAN with the 14th July Upton Park Boxing event of David Haye v Dereck Chisora. MAN supplied Security at the Press conferences, Odeon Leicester Square Weigh in and the Fight itself.

June was a busy month for MAN Commercial Protection. The Events security side of the business supplied staff at the NIA/LG Arenas in Birmingham for Westlife, Blink 182 ,Dj Tiesto, Nicki Minaj and two nights of Jay Z and Kanye West.

As it’s June it also meant the outdoor shows were on and we provided 5 days of teams at the Download music festival. We also provided teams at the Red Hot Chilli Peppers concert at Knebworth and three nights of the Stone Roses at Heaton park, Manchester.

MAN was also involved in the Queens Jubilee celebrations in London supplying staff in a variety of roles.

As well as the NIA/LG in Birmingham we provided teams at the Excel in London for the 2012 SENI Expo (International Combat Sports show)qdjub.png

We were proud to be asked to supply staff at four separate locations for the Olympic torch as it made its way through the Midlands. This included the National Memorial Arboretum at Alrewas.

On the guarding side we supplied extra staff for EON, Vertu motors, Rugby school, Worcester Housing and numerous School proms throughout the Midlands.

June was exceptionally busy with presentations and tenders as Man Commercial look to secure new contracts throughout the UK.

Man Commercial Protection Ltd enjoyed a busy May. We are delighted to announce two contract wins in London with our prestigious client Lambert Smith Hampton and in Telford with Stadco. These contracts commence in June and July, so congratulations to all the team who worked on these contracts.

Our management team held meetings and confirmations for our summer events and SENI 2012 at the London Excel Docklands in June.

On the events side of the business we supplied staff at York hall, Bethnal green, Newport and London for Frank Warren promotions. A 15 man team was provided for the David Haye v Dereck Chisora press conference at Upton park, West Ham for the forthcoming July 14th fight.

MAN Commercial Protection Ltd were busy during April with tenders and presentations throughout the UK. The events side of the business was busy in April with cover being provided at the LG & NIA Arenas for Drake, New Kids on the Block and JLS concerts.

Additionally we provided a four man team for the US rap star 50 Cent for his visit to the NEC Gadget show.

April also saw the Grand National held at Aintree racecourse. We provided a wide range of security teams to this event.sky.jpg

We also covered the boxing in April at The Royal Albert Hall for Frank Warren promotions. Staff were supplied  at The Echo Arena, Oldham and Blackpool for BskyB presenters.

Having quoted on several keyholding contracts we were pleased to announce that these have all been won and work will begin soon.

Another growing part of our business is Void Property Inspections where a team of qualified security officers regularly inspect a range of properties. In April we were working on these inspections in the North West but cover all of the UK.
