I had the pleasure to attend a 3-day SIA CCTV training course held at Man Commercial in Shirley Solihull. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The course was delivered in a professional manner with great training facilities and friendly and knowledgeable staff available to assist along the way. The training was led by Dene Hale who had a wealth of knowledge and experience to pass on to us through lectures and practical demonstrations. During the second day Man Commercial CEO Ian McCallister came and introduced himself and gave a little speech on how important proper training is in the ever-changing world of security and monitoring. The premises were spotless and facilities fantastic, the site was easy to find and free parking which is always a bonus.. The content of the course was excellent and each day I left feeling I had gained knowledge I will retain which will benefit my future career. I cannot recommend the training I received more.

The Trainer was very informative about all aspects of CCTV operation and the laws on the use of CCTV. He gave an in-depth look on the roles and responsibilities of a CCTV operative. I really enjoyed the course as did others in the group.

It is very refreshing to see a trainer who takes pride in delivering courses and not just there to get numbers through the door. If only all trainers were like Dene! As for the venue, WOW amazing!
