MAN Commercial Protection purchases Unit 8 Highlands Court
Previously occupied and owned by Amillan. Unit 8 has now been purchased by owner occupiers, MAN Commercial Protection.
Unit 8 Highlands Court, Shirley, is a 2 storey brick construction office unit. Boasting extensive parking and over 5,200sqft of internal office space.
Shepherd Commercial conducted the disposal of Unit 8 Highlands Court and are proud to announce the sale of the property. MAN Commercial Protection are a Shirley based, security specialist firm with global reach and a profound history for its quality of protection services since 1993.
Initially based in Hall Green, MAN Protection have outgrown their offices multiple times in the last few years and with the firm consistently growing, Unit 8 Highlands Court was the next stage of growth for the organisation as they occupy Unit 7 and 6.
Unit 1 remains available with Shepherd Commercial marketing the offices.
