Keyholding and Mobile Response

MAN Commercial Protection are experienced Keyholders and are pleased to provide a full Key Holding and Alarm Response Service across the UK, covering all areas from the South Coast up to and including Scotland. We are accredited to both BS7984 2016 and the updated BS7984 2020 standards and have over 20 years’ of knowledge in this area.

This service is available to all our existing clients; we currently hold keys for over 450 sites and locations on their behalf. In addition, we have over 1200 additional Alarm Response clients who are serviced by our 24 hour Mobile Response Officers whenever they need us, 365 days a year.

Each site or building is treated individually with bespoke Officer instructions and Risk Assessments, specifically created for them by Stuart, our dedicated Keyholding Manager.

Over the past 12 months, MAN Commercial Protection has undertaken a major investment in technology to support the Mobile Response Officers as they respond to daily alarm activations. They are able to respond to calls in a fleet of GPS-equipped vehicles with live reporting through online trackers. We are now also using the Smart Task tagging system which allows us to monitor real-time patrols which is not only beneficial for reporting but essential for the safety of our Operatives.
