Is there parking available at the Training Academy?
Yes, we have plenty of free parking. When you enter Highlands Court, turn left and follow the car park around to the back of the Academy.
Are refreshments provided?
Tea, coffee and water are provided. Please bring your own lunch.
Do we get any breaks? If so, is there a breakout area?
Yes, you will get 3 breaks during the day, 15 minutes in the morning and afternoon, and 30 minutes for lunch. There is a dedicated kitchen area for use during break times.
What happens if I fail my course?
1 free re-sit per exam is included in the course price. Our Training Team will work with you to arrange a suitable re-sit date.
How do I pay for the course?
You can book and pay for your course by debit or credit card here.
Do I need any qualifications for the course?
Some courses will require prior qualifications, please refer to individual course pages.
Do I need any previous experience?
No, you do not need any previous security experience!
Will there be any pre-course learning to be completed before I attend the course?
Yes, you will be required to complete 8 hours of self-study at home prior to taking the course. This will be emailed to you within 72 hours of your course booking.
What happens if I’m unable to complete the course?
