ISO 50001 supports organisations in all sectors to use energy more efficiently, through the development of an energy management system (EnMS).

MAN Commercial Protection are now accredited by the Railway Safety Scheme. The Railway Safety Accreditation Scheme (RSAS) accredits employees of organisations involved in railway safety and security, which helps our officers to concentrate on their frontline duties. MAN Commercial Protection holds SIA approved contractor status for the provision of security guarding, door supervision, CCTV and keyholding services. SIA licensing covers manned guarding (including security guarding, door supervision, close protection, cash and valuables in transit, and public space surveillance using CCTV), key holding and vehicle immobilising. Licensing ensures that private security operatives are ‘fit and proper’ persons who are properly trained and qualified to do their job.
The Approved Contractor Scheme introduced a set of operational and performance standards for suppliers of private security services. Those organisations that meet these standards are awarded Approved Contractor status. The principle aim of the UKCMA is to improve standards of crowd safety at entertainment and sport events and to improve the image of organisations involved with crowd safety in the UK.
This aim is achieved by promoting crowd safety issues among legislative bodies and co-operating with academic institutions and training organisations in order to establish crowd safety training programs.
NASDU promotes Welfare, Standards, Training and Education within the Security Dog Sector and offers support and guidance to its membership. NASDU is recognised within the security industry by the Security Industry Authority (S.I.A.), Skills for Security, BSIA, IPSA together with the Home Office, ACPO, MOD, DEFRA, BSI, as well as Animal Welfare Groups like local Authority Dog Wardens.
