Events were busy in October, with our teams covering Championship Boxing Shoes in Leicester and Essex, as well as shows Coventry City Football Club.
Two new manned guarding contracts also started on October 1st, in Northampton and Gloucestershire and we have welcomed new teams to our staff at both locations. As Autumn is always a busy time for us, we also recruited a new Accounts Assistant to join our Head Office team.
We were pleased to host a large lunch meeting for the BSIA mid-month, which was a great opportunity to meet people from other areas of our industry and show them around MAN Commercial.
Our 25th Anniversary celebrations continue – we held a Charity Fun Day at Head Office on 5th October. We were blown away by the support the event received from our staff and our neighbours, with our BBQ, tombola and sponsored team run raising a massive £850.00! We are so proud of all our staff who got involved and completed a sponsored lap around the business park!
Preparations are also underway for our Charity Boxing Show in November, which we are putting on in partnership with Hall Green Boxing club, whom we have sponsored for many years. The night is sure to be a good one, with music, food and raffle alongside the live sporting entertainment.
