MAN Commercial Protection are a national security company who are growing rapidly across the UK. Our Head Office based in Solihull are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Assistant to join our team.

MAN Commercial are a family run business currently in our 29th year trading. With our Head Office based in Solihull, West Midlands, we employ Security Officers throughout the whole of the UK and specialise in security guarding, door supervision, CCTV and keyholding services.

The successful candidate will be a motivated individual, with a confident telephone manner and able to work as part of a team.

As a Recruitment Assistant you will be assisting the with the below tasks:

  • Posting adverts to a number of different platforms, both internally and externally
  • Liaising with contracts managers
  • Reviewing applications
  • Completing telephone interviews
  • Carrying out general administrative duties

Required Skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in recruitment isn’t essential as full training will be provided.


  • Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00 (inclusive of a 30 minute break)
  • 20 days holiday pro rata plus all UK Standard Bank Holidays.
  • Free onsite Parking
